High impact vs low impact cardio

Hello, so i've been trying to lose fat for the past few weeks with some success. But i was wondering if doing high impact cardio is better than low impact. So.. would jogging quickly for 20 minutes be better than jogging lightly for an hour? Know what i mean? Thanks guys

Both are equally effective IMO ... low-impact is better for people who have knee issues. If you are first starting out low impact is better as well. Once you are in decent shape then it really is a matter of preference.

Try alternating the 2 methods and see how you do.

start with the low impact cardio. Fat is best burn when your in aerobic state ( producing ATP with oxygen) and as your stress threshold increases, do the high impact cardio.

I think OP is talking about high IMPACT not high intensity. You can do HIIT that is on an elliptical and that would be high intensity but low impact. Also, you can do HIIT by running sprints, which would also be high intensity and high impact.
