New Pre Shake!!!
So I did some research and found the PERFECT pre workout meal. It consists of 8 ounces of 1%milk, 1 bannana, 5 milk bones, and 1 tea spoon of peanut butter. It will make you work yourself out like a dog at the gym. Goodluck!

I'm gonna guess a milk bone's just flour and some flavoring... maybe some ground up cow or pig?
