Syntha 6?
I was wondering what everyone thought about the protein Syntha 6 from BSN and how the taste is?
and also has anyone that has tried this tried Dessert from BSN and how do they compare, which is better?
thanks!!

Both the same, I would go with Dessert if I have to choose. Syntha tasted good but a waste of money.

I personally believe from the both personal experience the the opinion of others that syntha 6 is the best tasting protein period. Can't comment on dessert since I have never had it. Isn't syntha 6 more calories per serving though?

Syntha-6 is very good taste-wise, has a decent profile, and isn't too expensive. This would be your best bet, as Lean Dessert is meant to be used before bed time (it's primarily casein IIRC) to prevent catabolism during sleep by keeping amino levels elevated.
I would recommend Optimum 100% Whey or Optimum Pro Complex instead - Banana Cream and Chocolate Mint are awesome and they are lower calorie and higher in protein than Syntha-6. Also they are a little more cost effective.

syntha 6 is pretty tasty, but I found ultra peptide 2.0 much better, and with a better formula

The only problem I have with the Syn6 is the malto in it. Sometimes I want no carbs and like the option of adding them if I want them.

I found syntha 6 good but it tore up my stomach! Everytime I take a full serving it does something foul to my stomach.
