What is the best bar to take with the least amount of sugars and carbs? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Make your own with protein, peanut butter and oats. No cooking required.

Nutrition section in the 'best of' stickies, there is a huge thread that just lists recipe after recipe after recipe of protein bars that you can make at home . It's the only way I do it now.

Nah, plenty on there are no-cooking. I don't use the cooking recipes anyways - tends to come out too stiff for my liking. Once whey unfolds, it's not too pleasing IMO.

I normally just use MagicPunts MRB's, or some derivative of it that I make up. Quick, easy, tastes pretty good.

The smaller Pure Protein bars...Think it's like 16 carbs, 2 grams of sugar, 160-190 cals. 4 grams of fat....pretty good too!

Thanks for all you help guys!
I want to start taking a protein bar at work to mix up my walnut and raison intake that I do for a snack. It's getting old. Plus I play basketball at the gym for a couple of hours and I want something to munch on. If I'm trying to drop weight (I should of included this orginally) which ones should I take?
Thanks again in advance!

I'd avoid the raisin and any added sugars if you're trying to lose weight. Here's an easy one:
http://www.metacafe.com/watch/712058...n_protein_bar/
Use baking splenda instead of honey. If you want it thicker add xanthum gum or some non calorie filler

Making your own is definitely the way to go!
If you can find PBL Omega Bars, they are very low sugar/carb, have Omega 3s...great bars, taste ok.
Worldwide/ThinkThin/Protein Plus/Atkins are all low carb as well.
