    That nice curve in your back...

    How do I get that nice curve in my lower back just above my bum??? Any tips on exercise moves?

    haha, that's what I was going to say.

    Exercises for it though... I'd say a good strong core helps with posture, so anything that works your core. Squats and deads help out booty and back. Maybe goodmornings too...?

    DEADLIFTS!! 3 sets of 8 to 12 is good for me. I find that sets of 5 reps dont give enough time under tension.
