Here are my 19 inch arms, for those of you who did not believe me.... I would just like to clarify things, I worked hard for them and I don't appreciate people doubting me... but here they are-

Will no one give me any credit? Take into account that you can not see the width from an anterior position... don't go making assumptions

I would say 18's. it is a big ass arm. is it 19? that may be pushing it a little but it is damn close and definitely bigger than 17 considering mine is around 16 and this arm is much bigger.

Bump, I'll give you 18.5" bro. Great work man. I did a double take when I was shown that picture by HawkPFC2. You're arm is identical in the shape and size to mine! Mine maybe a tiny bit smaller. Mine are 18.25".
But don't want to steal the spotlight, you deserve the credit! Way to go!

LOL Have you seen this guy's other pics? His forearms are massive.
Lancerplaya, great job man. You're a monster. I believe you; you're really massive. Great work also for such a short time. I'll be coming up on my 3 year mark for bodybuilding in about a year, and I can only hope that I'm somewhere near your size hehe (of course my 15.5 inch arms are going to have to explode to get to 19 inches hehehe). Keep up the good work.

Dude, weather they're 18, 19 or 20 inches, you've done a great job! Most guys can only wish/dream about getting to your level or keep busting their ass working to achieve what you already have. Fantastic effort on your part. As you continue to train you'll only get bigger and better. Again, great job!

Question....
How big are those forearms of yours? 14 inches?
Good work, I believe that you're 19 inches...or at least above 18.25.

Thanks for the support
Hey thanks for the encouragement. I am 20 years old, 5'11 and I weight btw 215-220. For everyone out there... diet is the key to developing the body that you are looking for. It wasn't until I began eating like a real bodybuilder that I saw my best gains. In a year and a half I went from weighing 165 lbs or so and having 14.5 inch arms to what I am today. Hard work pays off

Man, I would do back flips if I could achieve what you achieved in that time frame. I mean, my legs are 25 inches (thanks karate!), but my arms are only 15.5. But I guess that gives me hope if you were able to go from 14.5 at 165lbs to what you are today, I could go from 15.5 inch arms at 185lbs to about that size in a year and a half. Oh well, I'll just give it my all and something good will come from it. Later.

Good show to the people(retards) who seem to think they can visually measure distances less than 0.5 inches from a 2d photograph. You are really, REALLY special.
Also, congrats LancerpLaya, looking good

HMM, to me it looks like the link above was "supposedly" you in January...however, the pics you just posted at the top of this post are of you now?
Im confused, how could you lose so much mass/definition in a few months?
Sounds a little fishy to me
