What are the best Push/Pull workouts?

Are there any good push/pull workouts designed by known coaches? The only ones I've seen are custom made by individuals. Not saying I can't make one myself, but I trust a strength coach a little more than I trust myself in making a routine lol.

Try this thread. It lists a 3-day full body push-pull superset routine. Unfortunately I can't get anyone to give an opinion on it. It's been working for me though.

How are those push/pull? Squat, Bench = Push; Rows = Pull. Done on the same day....

I know of those workouts, I just wanted to look at a few well-designed push/pull.

Yea I realize push/pull/leg is probably the best. But that'd require 6 (or at least 5 if you only have one leg day) workouts/week. That would leave me with no time for cardio since with school I don't have time to be in the gym for more than 1 hour or so. But I may look into that come summer...

See if this is something you might be interested in. It should leave you with plenty of time for cardio.

    Hope this helps.
