I have someone who gave me a plan which works fine for me. The problem is after the 5-6 exercises I do I just seem way too exhausted to do anymore.
Is this lack of protein/energy or am I just out of shape or even just plain lazy?
I've worked out before but it was more "casual". I had less exercises but I wanted more strength.

Yes it probably is a lack of carbs. Carbs is fuel, without fuel, your body starts to tell you that you dont have any fuel by making you tired. Your body is basically saying "stop working out, or we aint gonna have enough fuel to even walk of the gym". So make some adjustments to your diet so your getting in slow digesting carbs the night before you work out, and fast digesting throughout the day before and after you work out.
hopefully that made sense
Don't feel like this is that big of an issue either, I've been working out for about 2 years (Just started bodybuilding in feb.) and when I get tired on some workout days, I automatically know that A) I didn't eat my normal diet or B) My body just simply needs to rest. And after a long work day, working out can be good and bad for body so make sure you body is well enough to do so.Last edited by dchelix; 04-13-2008 at 08:38 PM.
