so once u guys start using a new supplement or stack about how long does it take u guys to start seeing the effect of it? for me its about a week and a half to two weeks, just wondering about u guys

takes me about two weeks. there is normally a small placebo effect the first week though.

you cant even answer this question. it makes no sense at all. what is the stack? amino acids, boron, caffeine, candy apples?

also, like u5711 said what is it. average non hormonals take about 2 weeks to fully saturate your body. some steriodal compunds take days.

i would say 2-4 weeks is a long enough time to assess and analyze new-found gains or the lack thereof

Depends on the supplement. Immediately with WF, 2-3 days with PW, never with creatine monohydrate?
Sometimes its hard to tell until you reflect or stop taking the supplement.l

It really depends on the supplement. Some like NO you will see sooner than say a thermogenic fat burner or Creatine. But I would agree that around two weeks is a good time for the body to react and show some results no matter how small.
