Cheap and effective you could just get a straight up 200mg caffeine capsule. Energy that can't be argued basically. Plus it's less risky than some of this stuff you've never heard of

I agree. I had gotten a nice bout of heart palpatations while useing any E period. Then agin, I could just be hyper censative on it. Green Tea realy works good for me. I buy the stuff on line which is the real stuff, not the kind you get in the tea bags. I make about 32 oz a day and I use a couple drops of honey to sweeten it. When I ingest about 16 oz I get pretty amped up and at times I get sweat pouring off the skin.

My personal fav, what let me go from a size 40 waist to a size 32 waist in 10 months, is a variation on the ECA stack. 90mg of pseduephedrine(sudefed, make sure you get the stuff from behind the pharmacy, not the stuff off the shelf). 325mg of asprin, and for the caffine source Hot-Rox Extreem from biotest. Some people leave out the asprin and do only an EC stack, but unless you have stomach problems, you cheat yourself leaving it out. The asprin stops your body from getting rid of the other chemicals as fast, so they work longer and better, plus the asprin thins your blood which makes it eaiser on your heartsince you are taking things that speed up your heart.
