    how long does 1kg of pb last for you guys?

    It seems to me like I finish one every week -_-

    Are there any form of peanut butter (not peanut, but maybe almond or whatever) that has more calories/proteins in a smaller serving, and is cheaper? 5$ a week for only pb can get pricy when it's only 1 item out of all I eat.

    Your the only person I know who puts peanut butter on thick. I love PB, and usualy i put it on really thick, like 3/4 - 1 inch thick. all my friends put on about a spoonful for a whole sandwich its really sad

    I eat 4 lbs of peanut butter a week. Each 4 lb tub costs me 7 dollars. That is roughly 30 dollars a week on pb. That is because I use about 8-10 tbsp of pb per weight gainer shake I prepare.

    I eat over 2000 calories just from fat in a a day and Ive lost 15lbs in the past month (mostly water weight) plus my lifts have gone up.
