progress please tell me how doin

I have gone from 123 to 154 in 4 months. I am kind of pissed becuase a lot of it is fat :-( I kind of went crazy on eating and over ate a ton (way above 500+ maintainence maybe 1000-1500 above)
o well here are pics First is from 130lb next is 154 lb

I was wondering if for the next month I should cut down to 150 then restart bulking Major clean over the summer does that sound like a good plan?

Dude, you were 123! You've gained weight, be proud. So funny you think you're getting fat. I'd say keep eating like a beast and be a man. Who cares if SOME fat is gained. You need it, you look fine.

My advice is to suck it up, keep eating TONS, and lift heavy.
