I would advise you to just frigging lift more man.
Also, you're 14, you might find it hard to put on muscle at this age. I certainly know its only been since I turned 17 that I've found it easier to put on muscle quicker.
I think though, you look healthier at your new weight haha, especially on your back photo.
I don't think cutting is a good idea for you, I think you should just keep on lifting and eating. Seriously, if you cut now, you'll just go back to how you used to look.

Haha dude seriously, do some frigging lifting and eat like a madman. It will be god damn healthy for you to do so, I'm just saying you might find it a little harder than others to pack on muscle.

Honestly, you look exactly the same. The only place I notice any gains was your upper abs, and that's barely noticeable.
I'm not trying to be mean, so I apologize if you take this the wrong way.
So just lift heavy weight low reps and eat a TON of clean foods

^^ i see alot of change!
your back is looking alot more full. and so is that hole right in between your chest is starting to fill in. i think you should keep the eating up to about 750 above maintaince and hit the gym hard as someone said above. right now you are nowhere near being fat or in a situation where you should care if you gain a pound or two. i would say bulk to around 170ish. you will see a big difference trust me. good luck!

its really hard to see a diffrence because in both cases you are underweight for your height bro. Not trying to be an ashole but bro trust me eat alot and do 5x5 workouts . Cuting should not even be on your mind right now. i would bulk to about 200-210 before considering cuting.
