1 year progress.. (slacker) :D
Heya,
please give me some honest opinions, I can take it.
Started working out May 2007 and took latest pic pretty recently at the beginning of April 2008.
Had a 4 month break recently but now I'm back and I'm never leaving again.
Anything I need to work on except pecs? :P

You should take pictures from better angles, and lose the lifting gloves. looking thicker overall though.

Uhm, well.. Since I was unemployed when I started it was 6 days a week.
I was really bad at eating at the start and I don't eat chicken, haha. Btw that's why I called it slacking. And I eat alot of junk :P

I'd like to see some legs, 'cause they looked kinda runty in second shot, BUT, that's a pretty good upper body change, lookin' good.
