Hey everyone,
I started my 2nd year of university with the intention of getting bigger. I didn't go consistently for the second semester but over winter break I decided to start going consistently in second semester. However, for the first 6 weeks of second semester, I unfortunately wasn't able to realize how ****ty of program I was on. I was eating big but not making enough progress with my size or lifts.
I completely redesigned my workout after I got back from Mexico for reading week, I had a nice chunk of flab on my stomach and have been going hard for the past 6 weeks. I think (and my roommate has told me so) that I have made some significant gains over the past 6 weeks, maybe due to my base from 1st semester/second half of second semester?
Anyways, my progress photos are on my bodyspace, but I'll attach them too for those who are kinda lazy...lol First attached photo is me in January 2008, right before I started second semester, 2nd photo is from probably 2 weeks ago and third is also a recent flexed bi pic which is my avatar.
Feel free to criticize, I take it well and let me know what I need to work on or if I haven't really made as much progress as I thought...haha!
CLIFFS:
-1st semester of second year didn't go to gym consistently
-went consistently for first half of 2nd semester but w/ ****ty routine
-2nd semester consistent w/ good diet and good routine
-feels like i have made good progress in short time
-yes/no/maybe? thoughts?
