Yeh, they are pretty good, definetly one of my favourite kinds of fish on a bulk due to their convenience along with salmon that is.

Haha yeah I found them pretty good, I too was surprised to find the bones included the first time I tried them out. It is a nice break from tuna and salmon though.

If you want some more variety in your canned fish, try smoked herring. Crown Prince kipper snacks have really grown on me.

I eat a can of greenseas boneless sardine fillets in oil every day.

If you dont like the guts and chewy muck, these are the way to go.
I also loved smoked kippers, and aldi have some great sardines in tomato sauce. Only 60c per can or something.
Marinated herring in the jar is also damn good!

You can also get them in other flavors like tomato & basil, hotsauce, mustard, lemon and cracked pepper etc. My favorite is tomato & basil.

I can't remember what brand it was, but I got some sardines in lemon infused olive oil which sounds like it would be really good, but somehow the combination of fishiness and lemon in the olive oil was gaggable, I dunno...

Sardines are underrated IMO, great source of protein, calcium and omega 3's. If you can stand the bones, eat them too, they contain the calcium. The only downside as far as I can see is the smell of it, its reserved for eating in private.

Try Brisling Sardines as well. 3 times more omega 3 fatty acids, and great on salads.
