Wrist injury - Can I/How do I tape it up?

    Hi,

Had a mild wrist injury - sprain, been out a couple of weeks. Just going back to the gym next week. Is it possible to tape my wrist up, it does not hurt at the moment, but I fear it might if I start to lift heavy. If so can anyone suggest how I do it and what I might use?

    many thanks,
    Rich

yes you can tape it up the aim is to try and keep it as stable as possible

the way to do this is start the tape at on the wrist, wrap around a couple of times then move up the hand and between the thumb and fingers.

this dude is maybe wrapping a little too much but it gives you the idea what you need to do

you could also try buying wrist wraps for the future
