When I was on the V-Diet I had plenty of time to hit the gym 4-6 times a week 1 hour of cardio, + lifting.
My schedule has changed and I'm unable to really work out except weekends and hit some weights during lunch.
M-Thru
6:00am wake
7:00am work
4:00pm offwork
4:30pm school
8:00pm offschool
8:30-8:45pm home
Cook,Clean, Handle stuff, Get Ready for the next day.
10:00-10:30pm sleep
Repeat
Just asking is it still possible as long as I keep my Macros in check to still lose fat on this diet.
I love the diet and -1 pound a week would be fine with me
Been doing keto for 2 weeks now. Should I carb up? I really haven't depleted myself and I still feel great and YES I AM in KETO. Or should I wait till I feel like I need it.
