Goal: Lose the remaining lovehandles, gain definition in most major muscle groups with the exception of my quads (which are already freakishly muscular).
A lot of my history is already in my bodyblog entries; to sum it up, I've been working out fanatically since last October. 3-5x a week; weights, cardio, keeping track of every bite in FitDay PC, the whole 9 yards. My shoulder crapped out 2 months ago, and since then my workouts have gone to sporadic at best, while my eating and drinking habits have turned to sh!t while I waited for it to finish healing. Now that it's back to 100%, I'm getting myself back in gear - it was amazing - and scary - to see how easy it was for me to fall off of the bandwagon in just 2 months.PULVERIZE!!!

Goal: I want to get down to about 215. I think with my frame, if I was at that weight I could get pretty ripped. Hoping to achieve this by hopefully mid-fall or the beginning of winter. I've already dropped from 252 to 233 in the past 6 months, but I only started working out/dieting about a month ago.

jvaf... losing 55 lbs in 3 months is painfully dangerous. You wont even like what you see in the mirror if you do that please read the forums carefully, you should strive for 1-2 lbs a week. If you lose that much weight you increase your risk of health problems and also loose skin.
