was 307, down to 260 and fairly strong.
been running ECA a week and a half.. Ive been very serious in the past 4-5 months and will only partner with someone else who is serious.
Do not drink anymore. Diet is definitely in check.
Will update daily, comment daily. I have fairly good knowledge and have tons of friends who are very serious lifters (many guys who do shows, etc.)

This time last year I was closer to my short term goal then what I am now. I fell off and slowly (but surely) gained it all back and then some. But I'm back with a vengence and I WILL lose the fat. Then I will bulk to around 200 lbs during summer and start to cut the excess fat which will bring me down to a lean 180lbs. I can't wait! Then I will go where I've never been before, ripped to shreds at sub 10% BF.

Im just a mess...I havent worked out in years and basically packed on an extra 100 lbs. I have no motivation what so ever and being a truck driver its hard to find someone to workout with. If there is anyone in the Sacramento, CA area and would like someone to workout with let me know. I need someone to kick my ass into the gym and stop feeling sorry for myself.
