    Sounds like a pretty good idea. Im 5'11, 202 lbs, Im not sure of my bf, the last time i checked it was 24.8% when Iweighed 235. Ive lost 50 lbs in the past year, but Im looking to lose another 20 or so.

    was 307, down to 260 and fairly strong.
    been running ECA a week and a half.. Ive been very serious in the past 4-5 months and will only partner with someone else who is serious.

    Do not drink anymore. Diet is definitely in check.

    Will update daily, comment daily. I have fairly good knowledge and have tons of friends who are very serious lifters (many guys who do shows, etc.)

    Plan on walking at 220 solid by mid July. I'll be honest, juice might be used. So if you're against that, then obviously don't partner with me.

    About me:
    This time last year I was closer to my short term goal then what I am now. I fell off and slowly (but surely) gained it all back and then some. But I'm back with a vengence and I WILL lose the fat. Then I will bulk to around 200 lbs during summer and start to cut the excess fat which will bring me down to a lean 180lbs. I can't wait! Then I will go where I've never been before, ripped to shreds at sub 10% BF.

    Im just a mess...I havent worked out in years and basically packed on an extra 100 lbs. I have no motivation what so ever and being a truck driver its hard to find someone to workout with. If there is anyone in the Sacramento, CA area and would like someone to workout with let me know. I need someone to kick my ass into the gym and stop feeling sorry for myself.

    You can do it bud!

    Just keep track of your stats and push yourself for 30days. Look back on your stats you wrote down the first day and see the diff. Trust me the motivation will be there after that. Thats how i got addicted atleast
