Hi,
I am 28,
Male,
233,
5.9 (1,78meters)
and sick and tired of being overweight.
My goal is to go to 12% body fat.
Personally I think I would be very happy with 187 pounds (85kg).
I have no idea what fat percentage I am now but I think the last time I measured at a school it was about 23% or was it 32%??.
Currently I am making preparations to develop an attack plan to fight this issue. The diet plan / guidelines from the book: burn the fat feed the muscle seems reasonable and logical to me to follow.
I am also looking for a buddy to team up who has roughly the same specs as me, shares the same goal and is motivated to keep up.

Lifting, (Mostly multi joint movements, not much isolation)
Heavy bag and BJJ (my main forms of cardio, I hate running!!!)
Goals (Short):
Drop my weight class for BJJ competition
Loose 25-35lbs of fat in 16 weeks. (185-195lbs BW)
Maintain the muscle and strength I have.
Hopefully get down to around 12-14%
Goals (Long):
After that Im going to bulk a little to get to a healthy
weight of a little under 200lbs at about 12%.

Looking for a female partner
Hey there...I'm already very active and my main thing to work on is nutrition/clean eating. I'm following the 14-Day Plans in the Body Building Bible for Women book and I'm on Week 3 Day 2. I'd like to lose 43 pounds from 168 to 125 by the end of August, this summer. It's quite a high goal but in my experience something like that pushes me harder to get beyond what I would have attained if I had set a lower goal. Plus because I am still just a month out of my 3rd year of university (where again, I was active, but it was not enough) I have room for lots of progress, especially what will result as I continue to clean up my diet.
