boxing muscles??

I have a small fighting competition coming up this summer. I got the grappling down but can use some tips and help on my boxing. What are the main muscles required for boxing? I hear that your leg muscles are the most important and are a big factor in achieving knockout power, is this true? Also any tips on developing speed and power in my punches? Thanks guys, much appreciated.

over all body strength...work on your shoulders to keep them in good shape so your punches dont get sloppy (i read bruce lee was a lot about delt strength for that reason) ...but punching is a lot about form too , alot of it does come from the legs....so just stay well conditioned and have no fear in the ring and all the best of luck to u.
