im guessing like 12ish. and do a lean bulk. eat clean foods and train hard and heavy. train abs 3 times a week by the selves and kill them. get protein too. preferably optimum nutrition (personal favourite and supplement of the year id you didnt already know)

It's not like there are massive amounts of muscle lying under there man. You hardly have any fat either. I'd eat about 4000 calories a day, relatively clean and lift a lot. It's not like you're going to get fat if you eat right.
Bulking does not mean you have to get fat! Besides, it takes more than one month to get a "beach ready" body.
So yeah. You're not fat at all. So... bulk.

Agreed. I always consider how I would look post cut. Best scenario possible you've got a set of great abs, and mediocre muscle mass... I'd personally suck it up and keep bulking until you've got plenty of mass. But that of course depends on your goals. Pay your dues and be patient. You'll get there bro.

cut and stay cut all summer. you have many months to bulk. enjoy the sun and attention while you can.

If you bulk right and work your abs they'll start popping out and growing like all your other muscles. Even if you gain a % of bodyfat it'll look like you got leaner because your muscle fills out your body and spreads the fat around. Right now I've been bulking for over 6 months, I've gained over 25 lbs, and my abs are more defined than when I started. Bulk correctly, and you'll gain minimal fat while gaining lots of muscle. Doing this will maintain the nice lean look you want while gaining the muscle your looking for.
