    hand grips for forearm training/stimulation

    how many of u guys use hand grips, the ones you squeeze... i often use them when im bored watching tv or something... do about 100 of them and ur forearms start to burn..

    decent for out of the gym forearm training ?

    Do the same thing when I'm just sitting around. Try not to do it around a back workout, because it weakens my grip. But it's definitely a plus when it comes to grip strength and forearm work.

    Yeah I got some heavy grips, 150 lbs-300 lbs and some of the real easy store bought one. I usually just crank out as many reps as I can at the end of of my bicep/back day and then go straight to the lighter weight until I've gone down to the lowest. My forearm pumps up like a balloon!
