Am I over doing it?
I work a lot now, so I don't get to go to the gym often anymore. When I'm there, I work out every muscle I have, from calves to traps, I try not to leave any one part of my body un-exercised. Is that bad? I get sore in my chest, glutes and upperback all from one workout, but I don't know if my results will be better if I just work out chest one day, legs another, and core another or something along those lines. HELP???
