Am I over doing it?

I work a lot now, so I don't get to go to the gym often anymore. When I'm there, I work out every muscle I have, from calves to traps, I try not to leave any one part of my body un-exercised. Is that bad? I get sore in my chest, glutes and upperback all from one workout, but I don't know if my results will be better if I just work out chest one day, legs another, and core another or something along those lines. HELP???

if you lead a very active lifestyle sometimes fullbody workouts are best. but if you are making progress and you are satisfied with it, why change?

try and split it to 3 days ... but don't workout your whole body.. just warm up with light weight for the biggest muscle first like chest and then do 5-7 for your other weights at 3 days a week
