I am a little overweight and i have some fat on me but i have reason to believe that alot of the weight on me is water. If it is indeed water, i can lose that easily. Is there a way for me to tell if alot of the weight on me is water or fat? Your answers will be greatly appreciated. Peace!

On top constantly staying hydrated, if you have a sauna at your disposal, that would be a no-b.s. way to see whats sodium/toxins, and what is actually your stored energy (sub-cutaneous, deep fat).
The only reason i know for sure is that i am a former fatty, and i still have a little loose skin; you'd be how much of that "skin" is actually sodium, so in essence-the sauna helped motivate me as i saw that i didn't have as much to lose as i first though; good luck!

Interesting question, I actually just read an article on salt since I have the extra skin, but i'm cutting for a few more weeks just to see how much fat I have left to really lose. Anyway, the article states that once your body cannot hold salt inside anymore, much of it is stored under the skin, and since that seems to draw in water, that would be the reason for that " subcutaneous " water .... I think I spelled that right.

you cant really tell by feel. if you keep your water and sodium intake constant for a week or so, your body will probably drop the water weight and youll look and feel a lot leaner. some people have more problems with this than others so its more of a trial and error thing. you dont need to change anything in your diet, just keep it steady.
