What Day And Time Is The Emergency Room Less Busiest? (serious)

I need to know this because I plan on going in there to get a cast of some sort to align my right leg to face toward my left leg. For years my right leg has been gradually trying to twist towards the outer side (opposite of facing inward). it doesn't hurt or nothing. I just can't perform squat excercises properly which pisses me off and it's kinda discomforting trying to walk normal as I try to position my left foot to be straight while walking. Anyone ever experience this?? What did you do??

I have no insurance and so i'm just gonna go to the emergency room and do a fake trick and say that I have alot of pain and that my right leg is twisted to see if they can try and align it the way it's suppose to be.

    ER's don't do permanent fixes.

Most likely they'll tell you to go to your doctor or a specialist.

    Either way, you'll be charged.

    DO NOT DO THAT!

Essentially, what's happened is your leg is now fixed in that position; that's the way it thinks it's supposed to be. Them 'aligning it' would be like twisting a good leg and trying to make it stay like your bad one is. It will hurt, a lot. It probably won't do much good, probably a whole lot of bad.

Go see a physiotherapist, don't do what you're thinking of doing.

Most likely true on the first count, not necessariily true on the second.

Emergency care typically is there simply to KEEP YOU ALIVE! Other than that, they don't do much.

Some hospitals are publicly supported so if you qualify, they won't charge you anything. Otherwise, they'll send you a bill and allow you to pay in installments.

I've done this on several occasions during breaks in my insurance or whenever I didn't have the copayment. So far, I've never been turned away.

BTW, the least busiest time is during the middle of the week. The worst time is Monday followed by Friday. The reasons should be obvious.

    You can't be serious!

I mean, what am I gonna do?? I do squats and have a tough time performing them because of my right leg. It doesn't hurt or anything - I can run, walk and kick just fine. It's the alignment itself. Something there needs to be fixed. I'm also broke as a joke and can't see a specialist for this. And even so, with what you just told me, there isn't much they can do. So what else is there left for me to do.

I'm also afraid that I might snap (break) something when I do squats because of the hard time I have trying to make my leg even with the other. I can't go all the way down so I do bench squats (box squats).

i have sorta the same problem, you may be over or underpronating while you walk which leads to a muscle imbalance and the twisting of the leg
