Where Do I Find This???

One of my suppliers sells this electric polisher, but I can't freakin find it anywhere else. It's like the built it by hand or something. Don't know the brand. Just want to make sure I'm not paying more than needed. Here's the pic:

never seen one that looks like that.. almost looks like an electric impact gun. prolly a euro or asian design.
