Tomorrow is the day...
Everything is set, photos will be taken in the morning along with BF%...
Meals are planned, workouts are set....
I did decide to crack open my Body Octane and sneak a scoop before my arm workout today. I wish I have considered my actions prior... I went tanning before my workout. The Beta-Alaine in the product has given me pins and needles from my toes to my ears... I felt like I had used a tingle lotion for tanning... I loved the taste of the Body Octane, to me it's very much like lemonade. I had a fantastic workout too!!
Till tomorrow...

Day 2 - Monday April 14, 2008
Not quite sure why but my post couldn't be edited for the last day to post my last 2 meals. Rather bizarre, but probably I can only do so on that day...
We had my bodyfat pinched yesterday, it pinched at 20.5% on a 9pt test.
I hadn't had it tested since June 2006 when I pinched 13.4% at 145lbs. lol... so I'll be happy when I get back to that level...
I had so bumps yesterday on the way home from work.... I commute on a toll highway for about 45mins to and from work. On the way home... my car stopped... I was waiting for the tow truck for 2 hours!!! Boo.... good thing I had my workout done!!
Day 2 - Week 1 Monday, April 14, 2008
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Supplementation
5:30 AM - 2 Scorch Caps on empty stomach + 4 Blueprint
** I love body temp raise from the Scorch. No jitters... great! No burpees this morning either.
5:45 AM -2 Vaporize with Meal 1
6:00 AM - 1 serving of Body Octane
** I can really feel this product. Tingles last for a good 25 mins... I can feel it in my face more than anywhere. Rather odd...
2:30 PM - 2 Scorch + 1 Vaporize with Meal 3
Diet
Low Carb - Day 1 (85g Carbs, 225g Protein, Fats Minimal ? supplementing with Vaporize).
Meal 1 (5:30 AM) - 1/2 Scoop Whey Isolate (Strive) + 4 Egg Whites + 1/3 Cup Oats (Dry)
Meal 2 (8:00 AM) - 3 Rice Cakes, 1 Scoop Whey Isolate
Meal 3 (11:00AM) - 4.5oz Chicken, 2/3 Cup Yam
Meal 4 (2:30 PM) - 4.5oz Chicken, 2/3 Cup Yam
Meal 5 (5:00 PM) - 1 Can Tuna, 2 Cups of Salad
Meal 6 (8:00 PM) - 6 Egg Whites, 1 Yolk with Spray Butter
Training - 6:15 AM - Legs
My leg workouts always start with my compound movements and ending in plyometrics. All my workouts change every week. Now that I am dieting, I am focusing on shaping my body, not necessarily looking to add size to my lower. So I am using a moderate weight for my lower body and focusing on complete isolate of targetted muscle groups.
Barbell Squats (4 x 15 @ 135)
Lying Leg Curls (4 x15) SS. With Stiff Legged Deadlifts (4 x 15)
Extensions (4 x 15,12,10,10) SS. Pop Squats (4 x 15)
Jumping Split Lunges (4 x 15)
High Knee Raises SS. Toe Taps SS. Weighted Hip Thurst (3 sets x 20 each)
** My calves are still sore from yesterday's stair session ** I can feel the lactic acid building in my quads as well...tomorrow will be painful.

Day 3 - Tuesday April 15, 2008
Day 3 - Tuesday April 15, 2008
You'll probably notice I am a day behind in my dairy writing, it's simply because I write it in a notebook and transfer it over when I get some spare time from work/training/eating! Life is super crazy right now...
Hopefully I'll be caught up by the weekend and the routine will be going nicely.
Supplementation
5:30 AM - 2 Scorch Caps on empty stomach + 4 Blueprint
Didn't feel the temperature rise as much today... must be be used to the feeling. No jitters or shakes
5:45 AM -2 Vaporize with Meal 1
6:00 AM - 1 serving of Body Octane
Tingly sensation is still there from the Body Octane.
2:30 PM - 2 Scorch + 1 Vaporize with Meal 3
Diet
Low Carb - Day 1 (85g Carbs, 225g Protein, Fats Minimal ? supplementing with Vaporize).
Meal 1 (5:30 AM) - 1/2 Scoop Whey Isolate (Strive) + 4 Egg Whites + 1/3 Cup Oats (Dry)
Meal 2 (8:00 AM) - 3 Rice Cakes, 1 Scoop Whey Isolate
Meal 3 (11:00AM) - 4.5oz Chicken, 2/3 Cup Yam
Meal 4 (2:30 PM) - 4.5oz Chicken, 2/3 Cup Yam
Meal 5 (5:00 PM) - 1 Can Tuna, 2 Cups of Salad
Meal 6 (8:00 PM) - 6 Egg Whites, 1 Yolk with Spray Butter
Training - 6:15 AM - Back
One of my favorite workouts is back. All weights are constants, I lift a moderately heavy weight for my pull's - Warm up with 85lbs working to 135lbs.
Wide Grips Pull Downs 5x15,12,10,10,8
Narrow Grip Pull Downs 4x12,10,10,8
V-Bar Pull Downs 4x12
Seated Rows 4x12
Low Row Cable Pulls 4x20 SS.
Face High Pulls 4x10
Over the next couple of weeks I am going to reintroduce PullUps and Chins to my routine. I do a couple of different variations of Pull Ups. Once my bodyweight gets to about 145, I can do unassisted Chins, but I don't want to risk an injury or strain by forcing myself to do them until I am confident I can pull myself easily.
***** Thoughts ****
Overall, the day went really well. I am liking the products and my routine is becoming more stable. Energy was a little low today as I am fighting off the flu...but I did notice, that I am not groggy during the day...and I am coffee free!! I am into week 2 coffee free!! Yeah me!! I really like the feeling I am getting from the Scorch and the Body Octane.

No jitters whatsoever for me from the scorch. I am still only taking 2 capsules though. Tomorrow I will increase to three. I am pretty experienced when it comes to fatburners, but overall I am enjoying it... today I haven't felt the increase in body temp. that i had earlier in the week but I do think that it's working.

Have you noticed an increase in endurance from the BO? I'm starting to seriously feel like I can workout forever. How is the diet going? Have you been hungry or have you felt satisfied after meals? I'm doing good on everything except the 2lbs of greens, I seriously need to work on it.

Day 4 - Wednesday, April 16, 2008
Guys, I'm gonna be frank...Body Octane I truly love it... my workouts are crazy intense. Today, I ended training at night instead of this morning.... my endurance was great, and I could visually see a major difference in my delts...the pump was incredible. I was warmed up after my first warm up set!
I am adjusting to the Beta-Alaine...I am only feeling the tingle now in my face... I suspect tomorrow for it to be gone.
The Scorch has an overall "nice" feeling to it. I feel similar on Scorch that I did when I tested Curvelle. They are similar in blends... you can smell the Raspberry Ketones when you open the Scorch, which is a rather nice aroma...I've unfortunately smelled some funky a$$ thermogenics. lol.
When I train in the AM, I take my thermo about 20-30 mins before I train.... training this early sometimes causes me to be a lazy butt by 3:00...the 2nd dosage of Scorch is helping me I believe...or it could be the Vaporize (Fish Oil) in my body as well...I do feel more mentality alert and happy in the afternoon comparitive to last week.
As for the diet, I'm not really hungry.... I actually like dieting so for me it's not that bad yet...but it's only been a few days, another few weeks might be different story!! I'm having a tough physical week this week having come down with the flu...but it went from my head to my chest in a just a few days so hopefully it won't linger too long. The stairs are hard to do when you have flem!!!! haha!!

----------
Everything is going smoothly thus far. Cold is almost gone, should be gone completely by Sunday. I am noticing that I have a lot of energy considering that I am low carbed. I barely notice...and I really have to say, I'm not hungry at low. However, in all consideration, Matt, my other 1/2 asked me to go grocery shopping with him... I usually just go by myself and pick up what we need. But I guess HE WAS HUNGRY!! He had cravings!! He picked up a cheesecake, postuchiuto and smoked salmon, cream cheese and crackers. And he got Almond/walnut butter But hey, I won't give him any grief, he will be dieting for the North Americans in a few weeks so he better enjoy himself while he can.

Vaporize - 2 Pills 3x Daily @ Meal 1, Meal 3, Meal 6
Body Octane - AM & Pre Workout
My body is adjusting nicely to the supplements, I am into my routine now and its good. I am getting crazy face tingles again with the Body Octane. Bizarre, it went away for a few days.
I am noticing that I have more energy throughout the day, and I have no trouble going to sleep at night, so the scorch is great for that. I do not have much of an appetite either.
I am holding water because I was sick and haven't drank as much liquid as I should... Cough is pretty bad still and have a lot of congestion on my chest... cardio is hard to get through.
Hope to be better this weekend.
Weight was down 2.5lbs this weekend, but it's back to 155 again.... boo....

Brenn,
looks like things are moving along. You can feel free to hit me up on email to review your progress and make diet adjustments/discuss the program - I'm here if you'd like to bounce ideas around. I don't always get the time to read through the threads...
We want to be sure you're continuing to progress. Keep up the great work!

Finally Recovered...
Well, I'm finally over the flu. It took 10 full days to get it out of my system...
I'm down 6lbs since the beginning of the plan... That does balance to be 2lbs a week so I am happy. You'd think it would be more where I was sick, but my body actually reacts the opposite when I am sick, and I retain H20 due to the dehydration.
I'll be back later to update...
