I got no response at all in the injury forum so I'll try here. I was doing stiff legged deadlifts and suddenly it felt like someone walk over and kicked in the hamstring. The pain was horrible. I laid in the floor at the gym for 45 minutes before I could get up. It's been a week today and it feels much better. What kind of rehab should I do to help it heal faster?
