    A weight gainer that's actually pretty clean...

    Never seen it before... looks much cleaner than most weight gainers. Also pretty cheap.

    well it says its low gi, so its not pwo, so i would assume it should have more fats, i guess if you add some fish oil and other healthy fat too it it might be good, but thats just my oppinion ive never heard of this product be4

    i believe GI is not that important a number PWO, insulin is more important i think... though the 2 are often tied together

    It completely destroys cytogainer. Cytogainer is mostly maltodextrin, which is essentially sugar.

    PWO, GI in the form that most weight gainers provide it in isn't optimal (maltodextrin). It has little to no nutritional value other than 4 fast burning calories. Juice is superior.
    This weight gainer could be taken on the go when you don't have time or the materials to make a homemade shake.
