I'm trying to cut to 18%. Despite what the pie chart shows, after calculating the numbers I believe my macros are P44/C40/F14

Add in about 200g of low fat cottage cheese/ low fat cheese (~160kcals + 20g pro) with a portion of green veggies (20-50kcal) and it will look fine.
