    Green-tea instant flavored packets?

These "on the go" packets are the powdered kind that you open and pour into a water bottle.

Now I was curious to information anyone might have on this. I've read that these packets have extremely high flouride counts and are not good for you. What are the dangers of these? What opinions do you have as to pros and cons of these instant tea packets?

Look at the ingredients and see what kind of preservatives and chemical crap they have in them. If they are sugar free, they probably have artificial sweeteners, which are bad for you. The lipton kind has some stuff in it that isnt good for you: Sugar, maltodextrin, Instant Green Tea, Citric Acid (Provides Tartness), Silicon Dioxide (Prevents Caking), Natural Flavors (Contains Soy Lecithin). But some others, like Tea Tech basically have no other ingredients other than green tea leaves.

well I had read that the process needed to make instant tea packets meant that you got a heavy dose of flouride... I don't know what exactly that equates to.

limited and small amounts are... excess flouride is not. I'm curious as to what other, if any, problems there might be
