New to boards
Hi Everyone,
I am just posting to say hello, as I am new to the boards. I have been weight training for just a little over a year. I am planning on competing in a couple of figure shows this year.
When I started working out at the end of 2005 I was 167 lbs and 37% BF. In mid 2006 I got SERIOUS about training and getting my body together. I am now about 145 lbs/15-17%BF (hard to get accurate measure). I am 5'7" and would like to IDEALLY compete somewhere between 125-135 lbs and 9-10%BF (hopefully by the end of the season, though I may not be there by my first show). My first competition is March 2007 in Central California.
I'm here to build support and friendships, learn from others and just share my joy of weight training.
