need some help/advice with SIZEON
well i have been on size on for 8 weeks, when i first started i seen some serious gains, i go to the gym4-6 days a week and do a split body workout. my strength, stamina, and size increased big and fast!! well the last 2 weeks i havent been seeing much results, what should i do cycle off onto something else or give it more time? do gains slow down quick? should i change my routine, i have had the same routine for 10 weeks, how should i switch it id i do? different exercises or change days up? gimmie some advice here. thanks!!
