I am 22 years old and looking to lose about 20/30lbs and tone up! I really want to have a lean, sexy, hard body! I currently weigh 158 and I am looking to get to about 130; I am 5'8" also. I recently switched up my plan and I want to get your opinion on if you think this looks good:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
Protein shake (130 cals, 20 g fat, no carbs)
Meal 2: 3/4 cup strawberries
Meal 3: Luna Protein Bar
Meal 4: Salad with red peppers, 3 oz chicken, 10 almonds, 1 tbsp of ff cheese, and balsmaic vinagrette
Meal 5: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup green beans & red peppers
Meal 6: Protein shake and banana
I am also doing about 60 minutes of cardio a day (sometimes twice a day), and I have started a lifting routine doing about 45 minutes of lifting 4x a week.
Any input or suggesstions?? I am looking to be in amazing shape by end of July!!
