Question Fitness Experts: Does this look good?

I am 22 years old and looking to lose about 20/30lbs and tone up! I really want to have a lean, sexy, hard body! I currently weigh 158 and I am looking to get to about 130; I am 5'8" also. I recently switched up my plan and I want to get your opinion on if you think this looks good:

Meal 1: 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
Protein shake (130 cals, 20 g fat, no carbs)
Meal 2: 3/4 cup strawberries
Meal 3: Luna Protein Bar
Meal 4: Salad with red peppers, 3 oz chicken, 10 almonds, 1 tbsp of ff cheese, and balsmaic vinagrette
Meal 5: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup green beans & red peppers
Meal 6: Protein shake and banana

I am also doing about 60 minutes of cardio a day (sometimes twice a day), and I have started a lifting routine doing about 45 minutes of lifting 4x a week.

Any input or suggesstions?? I am looking to be in amazing shape by end of July!!

You need to up protein and calories but thats just IMO. I would think it wont be long before you have no energy.

I think this is what you are looking for:

Totals for the Day: 1337cals 26.5fat 48sugar 110protein

I count sugar and not carbs because I tend to eat too much sugar, so I want to keep that down!

and use the calculators to get an idea as to how much you should be eating. Although you want to lose weight, you want to eat as much as you can to sustain a 1-2 pound a week loss. Any more than that and you may lose muscle. Plus, at some point you will stall out. At 1300 calories you have no where else to go, you can't go any lower. That calorie level also puts you at high risk for starvation mode, killing your metabolism. It should probably be closer to 1700-1800 calories.

I think you could up the protein for sure and fat. You are fine to drop carbs lower. I'd start at 1600 cals and do the basic 40/40/20 (pro/carbs/fat) and see how that works for a week. If you lose more than 2 pounds then I'd bring the cals up another 50-100 per day and see what happens. You don't want to drop cals so low that you are at 1000 cals a day... your body will get pissed at you and start holding onto fat.
Don't do double cardio. If you choose to do cardio every day try it fasted, first thing in the morning. Lift at night.
