great job. at 17 i was 250 pounds of pure fat, and its been a road to get down to 159, then now to 208..
might want to cut down to one day of bis and tris... you might be overworking them, esp. since there getting hit on back, shoulder, and chest day (obviously indirectly).... something i have learned the hard way that less is more, i never believed that until i stopped growing and started to cut back... and here i am now.
