Yeah... I'm training for a full right now and I tend to NEED that energy for my long runs

. I'm not a person with natural energy reserves at ALL.
I've been considering cutting my carbs to 60% (I know, that's sill a lot of carbs for weightlifters) and increase the protein and just see if my training doesn't suffer. I'm still 3 1/2 months out from my marathon, so if it doesn't work out I can just go back I guess.
I guess I'm just wondering what the breakdown is for other runners to kind of compare and contrast what I'm doing, maybe try something a little different.
