Supplement weight loss - NO EC permitted

I'm on anti-depressents (SRI's) so I can do an EC stack.

I would like to supplement my diet but I'm not sure where to start.
One problem I have is that I always feel hungry.
Also, my stomach of often bloated regardless if I've eatten or not.

Any suggestions on how I can boost my metabolism?

Eat smaller, quality dense meals more frequently throughout the day. This will automatically boost your metabolism (even without added exercise), and keep your hunger at bay.

Also add in 1 cup of vegetables to all of your daytime meals where you are not very active. The veggies will help keep your blood sugar levels even and also keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Drink plenty of water as well (1 gallon per day minimum).

Anyone else... are we all addicated to EC? For those of us that can't risk it there must be an alternative...

You really can't beat EC though but thats as close as you're going to get...

I'd listen to "hardcore natural". Worry more about your diet. There isnt a miracle supplement out there that is going to make you lose the pounds you want. Its all diet man! Fat loss comes from this ratio:

80% diet
15% exercise
5% comes from supplements if you use them

I've used quite a bit of them and they do not help you as much as you think. They may give you an added boost of energy but thats about it. I've tried these:

Animal Cuts
Super Cuts 3
SAN Tight
Lipo 6
EC stack
Hydroxycut Hardcore

My honest opinion is dont waste your money. If you want to blow that kinda money...waste it on good food like chicken breasts, steaks, or other good stuff.
