This site has a few ways to calculate bf... seems more reliable than calipers for me anyway.

Runner's World has a calculator. I tried using the one here and it showed me having BF% 25 points higher than the one at Runner's World. Who knows??

I have also used the runners world bf calculator and it varies from this one. However, it seems that no matter which calculating system you use, they all seem to be somewhat different. My thought here is just to always use the same method, so that you can see changes as they occur. If you switch from one to another, you won't get a true idea of how you are doing with fat loss.

That one seems pretty accurate. I got the result of 16.63 which sounds about right, though I've tried some of the online calculators and have gotten anything from 14% up to 24% (using same measurements!). I'd trust calipers more if performed by a professional, but I've yet to try that. Whatever method you use, definitely stick to the same one when tracking progress. Otherwise you'll end up with very inconsistent results.

i get the same reading with the calipers, at least from what my trainer took last weekend.... only filled out the last column though but Id still take the caliper method more precise. This gave me 18.31 and my trainer took 18.18 so fairly close
