PRoblem (need advice)
I have a problem. i dont know if this is normal or expected but o well. i have done the same exact bench routine 5 times now over the last 2 in a half weeks and havent gotten a rep stronger. my 1rm is about 225 so here is my routine.
160 X 6 reps
170 X 6 reps
185 X 6 reps ( i only can get 5)
200 X as many as i can (only one)
Does anyone have any advice as far as my reps/sets go. i know this is probably a "dumb" question ,but i really want some advice because im startin to get discouraged and honestly pissed off.

I would suggest trying some forced negatives or drop sets just to shake things up. If that doesn't work, then drop bench from your rotation for a couple of weeks and then come back to it.
Sometimes the body gets used to something and you don't progress until you can break through the plateau. It happens to us all! Give bench a break and when you come back I bet you'll see improvement.

I started with DB then got stuck,
then went to BB and just got stuck.
Going back to DB now
basically, switch it up.
(I'm training for size, though, so my strength gains haven't been huge, but you get the point)
