11-OXO / Adrenosterone Experiences

Had much success using 11-oxo and bulk adrenosterone powder.
Ran very low doses (225-300mg) and rather high doses (750mg-1.2g) at different points. Recommending it to all my clients for it's exceptional ability to improve body composition through small and maintainable gains in LBM and drastic reductions in body fat. Very potent mental stimulation and feel good properties as well.

Haven't been on here as much lately. Curious how everyone on here responded to this compound. Please include doses and duration.

That's interesting, and I'd like to hear peoples responses to the OP considering that most of what I have heard about this product is the exact opposite, that 1)it's not very effective unless you run it at excessive doses which then require PCT, and 2)most people who used it basically hated life while on it, completely opposite "feel good properties"

My experience was just the opposite of what you stated in #2. Check my log (in my sig).

As for #1 that is what I think is great about 11oxo - if you want some mild leaning out take 3 caps/day and you have to eat right. But the great thing about it is bump it up to 6+/day and you got yourself something powerful. Sure it costs some but you get something that works and will not poison your insides like Superdrol and friends.

I can't remember how many I did, it was about 4 or 5. I started at 3/day and then went to 6/day then up to 8/day. As I stated in my log when I do it again, real soon, I will do the same thing but prolly stay at 6 for about 2 weeks, then go to 8 or 9 for a longer time.

My pct was IC3 and 6oxo as directed by dinoiii. Very successful PCT, I never lost libido, energy, strength, etc. My strength continued on and I continued to lean out thru PCT.

did you just use 2 bottles of 11 oxo? also, how many bottles of 6oxo extreme?

What I'm currently doing, but this is probably not advised, is going three weeks at 3 caps per day, three weeks at 6 caps per day, and three weeks at 9 caps per day. I'm using just 6-OXO as PCT as I've run Superdrol and other methyls in the past without PCT or supports and I've had no gyno, lactation, or liver issues (was a stupid youngster that didn't know what PCT was) despite my alcoholism.

I have made my own 6-oxo before. I was taking 600mg a night. this is equal to six of the Ergo 6-oxo pills. If I ran it again, I would take slightly less actually.

Really strong stuff. I got zits, strength and increased aggression and the works from the 6-oxo. Good stuff. I haven't tried the 11-oxo though

Ya, I wouldn't take more than 400mg at night, if you're dosing higher than that, I would split into two doses and take the second dose in the afternoon.

not to threadjack, but i'm starting AX with 6-OXO tonight, BJ. thanks for all your help, i repped you for it.

I bought the 180 count bottle and i'm going 3 pills before bed and 1-3 in the afternoon (1 during week 1, 2 during week 2, 3 during weeks 3-4)

Im on 2cape 3x a day right now during a cut.

Im getting strogner and leaning out significantly. Im dieting so I dont know how much the 11-oxo is helping that, but the fact that I am adding strength shows me that its working. Ive added 2-3 reps to my major lifts and have no sides.

Dosed between 600 & 800mg was incredible. Daily visual changes in physique at 800mg and usually that only occurs with very strong hormones like trenbolone, testosterone or anadrol/dianabol. I was extremely surprised, obviously hardening effects were more pronounced then size gains.

I think it can be run for a much longer time than most people would advise on BB.com. I ran it for 12 weeks I believe. I tapered down the dose and used 6-oxo, activate and low doses of toremifene for PCT.

If using actual 11-oxo by ergopharm, I think people should start at 225mg for at least 1 week. If you notice extreme effects at a specific dose, then stick with it. Only increase as necessary. This is such a key point that so many people overlook. No need to up the dose if you are making massive progress. Enjoy those fresh receptors while they last.

If side effects are unbearable then lower the dose. Although using steroid/DS is a science in itself, that human element of being different and unique causes us to look at taking ergogenic aids with a more open mind. always be ready to change your dosing protocol.

heres a good sample cycle in my opinion. Of course I would never run it alone. I'd throw a whole mess of other goodies in the mix for some synergistic effects (yes cliche')

week 1 - 225
week 2 - 300
week 3 - 375
week 4 - 450
week 5 - 600
week 6 - 600
week 7 - 750
week 8 - 750
week 9 - 750
week 10 - 600
week 11 - 450
week 12 - 300

looks pretty nice to me. Obviously its dosed in 75mg increments because authentic 11-oxo is used (which i would recommend over clones). When I went up to very high doses (1-1.2g), I had to use bulk powder for cost reasons.

i've seen very few negative responses on 11-oxo. I'd like to see how those forum members dosed it, along with diet, training, recovery and other supplements. Although I dont have ties to ergopharm, when a product this effective hits the market, I will back it up whole heartedly and recommend it to nay of my clients who could benefit from its use.

The whole age thing is getting ridickulous. Truth is, you're gonna use them when you feel ready. Who the hell am I or anyone else for that matter to determine if you are old enough to use these products. If you were 12 then i'd probably say you're too young.
I know some people who are 35-40 and are using steroids without proper knowledge or guidance. Side effects are all there (inside & outside) and they turn a blind eye. These people shouldnt be using. I also know several highschool athletes who are taking compounds identical to human hormones and are under doctor supervision. Things look much better on their end, but regardless...I dont think its my job to throw my two cents in and bash or support. If assistance is asked for, i'd try to help. (anyhow..theres another rant).
I dont think you need to save any 11-oxo as i dont think it'll be taken off the market anytime soon. When you feel ready, I do think adrenosterone would be a good starter compound.

Good post. Thanks everyone for posting experiences and different thoughts on dosing. Actually if you get bulk powder, its pretty cheap and high doses are easily reached. Quality is one notch below ergo adreno though.

Ahhhh another long duration cycler. We are far n few in between. Although 9 weeks doesnt even seem too long. How did your cycle go?
Long duration is so much more effective in my opinion. If done intelligently, you can absolutely push your muscle reset level one step higher without overly suppressing your hormones. With a brief 4 week cycle, I can't see much permanent muscle change and I believe more sarcoplasmic hypertrophy will occur over true contractile protein growth.

provided you do a similiar "pyramid" style dosing scheme with the initial week & later weeks at lower dose, then yes...30g should suffice.

I've heard of members using transdermal delivery which will extend the life of the compound while reducing spikes in blood levels. (possibly increase absorption as well). Just food for thought. I went oral route because the smell of oranges from the transdermal solution pisses me off.

Domeski is right - I did this for 6 weeks and probably should have gone on for 8 for sure. But since it was only my second real cycle of a PH I decided to cool it off. I definitely noticed some shrinkage of the boys at 8/day.

As for PCT, one thing I should note is that I dosed my 6oxo at 10am ED. I did this based on advice from dinoiii as he (an Endocrinologist) sees that as the time when Test levels are highest in males, and you should apply hormonal products at that time to maximize supraphysiological levels of test. So next time, I will probably take the majority of my dose at that time, with the balance coming later in the evening.

been having success at 3 caps a day still so i'm sticking to that. same over all outcome thus far for me and last time i tried it also. great review btw, props to you man

ya, i was thinking of transdermal a bit too, since its pretty sexi to do that stuff... i mean rubbing yourself down with some adrosterone sounds like it's just boiling hawt! shower scene material.

but yes, i was thinking of pyramiding it, if i reach a sweet spot, i'll stick to that dose... if not, i'll rock it to 600-750mg. i had some shutdown using methyl 1-d (suprisingly!) and then bridged into furazadrol and tapered both while stopping use. i gotta say, my boys recovered without any pct (furazadrol is supposed to require light pct). will i exp some more severe shutdown on this (adrenosterone) like the other lad noted? cuz right now i think i'm just going to skip PCT on my furaz for now... i seem to be rockin n my nuts are massive lol

11-oxo is supposed to be taken 3 caps per day, or 6 caps, or whatever - my question is - do you split up the doses, or take all three caps at once? with our without food?

What were your side effects? I'm concerned about acne and hairloss. What do you think about this stack?
