*****Rate my window washing companies logo****
Need your opinion on this logo.
On a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is terrible, 5 is mediocore, and 10 is terrific where is this:

you need to center 'sud'. 'studs' and 'window washing' are centered, but 'sud' is too far to the right.
i like the logo. i've done window washing before, there's actually some really good money to be made in that business

It's not a bad concept.
You have some alignment issues, and I'd lose the embossing.
Cool name though, lol.

I did that and it doens't look too good. This is a poor demonstration but:
SUD
STUDS
The block of UD doesn't look good for whatever reason

I've designed a lot of stuff before and I'd give that a 6-8. The idea in the logo is good, the wiper thing is creative. But I can notice such an obvious bevel effect on the water splash, and I'm not a big fan of the gradient blue for w.e reason but its ok its probably better than a solid blue.
The font is good but it doesn't 'grab' my attention. It doesn't flow enough with the logo. So i.m.o try out some other fonts (dafont.com) or just resize/angle the font you have differently so it fits in better.
Also throw some soap bubbles or suds in near the word suds. If not just something like that that will make it look more eye catching.
The logo is good I don't want to give the impression it isn't but this is how I see it.

x2, minus the rating. The splash is too complex, there are too many points. Its a logo its supposed to be kind of simple so that your logo is easily recognisable.

Agree but cheesy isn't always a bad thing. It just needs to be fixed up otherwise the fact that its cheesy will come across as unprofessional

I rated it 2/10. Sorry but it doesn't look like a place I would go to because the logo looks unprofessional.
All you remember is these 4 letters: K-I-S-S
Take examples from top companies logos like Microsoft, Apple, Mobil, Exxon, etc. Implement what you do within the word. Don't use a bunch of graphics around it. If you just had your company name with a wiper used for a letter, it would look 10x better.
EDIT: Have your name and replace the 'T' in studs with a window washer. DAMN I'm GOOD!!!!!!!!!

It basically is. I'm not trying to start a multil million dollar corporation here. Just a simple business and a simple way to make a buck over the summer (made 30 grand last summer).
The logo doesn't really matter alot anyway. It's all based around personal sales (door 2 door in rich areas). Sales are easy to come by, and the flyers, graphics, etc. are just for referral business and something tangible for customers to give to friends.
