Time to get serious
I hit a plateau. I know why......I am getting down to that last 10-15 pounds. My diet has not been very strict. I still only get 20-30 grams of carbs a day but that is about the only thing I have been counting. I'm pretty sure I am above maintenance on some days and my carb-ups haven't been the best. Now my weight hasn't budged in a month but I am still making strength gains and it looks like I am still losing fat. Could it be that due to my "Calorie Cycling" I am losing fat below maintenance days and gaining muscle on the over maintenance days? I dont know.
These next 6 weeks I am going to count everything that I eat and see if I can get rid of these last 10-15 pounds. I figured I would start a Log to help me stick to it since it is symbolically "Etched in Stone" now here on the internet. I'm going to get a before picture up here asap and try to get one up here weekly.

End of day one and it went pretty good. Worked out shoulders, Chest and Tri's at the gym today. I didn't do any cardio but I did about 2 hours of yard work so that should have burned some calories.
My calories were 1950 today with my macros pretty spot on. I think tomorrow is going to be a steak and eggs day.
