    lol me too , like me you have long clavicles gives us wide shoulders but we really have to hit the traps to make them look half decent.......I shrug up to 260 kg and they still look rubbish plus a dedicate a whole session to them : (

    I think you and I are similar...

    My shoulders are the same way. I'll hit them hard for like 1-2 months and then for like 4-6 months I'll just do some lateral raises here and there and just let them maintain/grow from back and chest work.

    Also, my traps are the same way I think... I guess I have long clavicles... all I know is that I can shrug mad weight, but my traps look way weaker than they are strong. I want those mountain like traps so bad, but it's just not gonna happen for me

    Anyway, You look big, bro! I hope for you too that ya look bigger this time on stage since ya worked so hard for it. Although, ya looked pretty darn big last time already . Anyway, lookin forward to seein how ya look this time around... Keep goin strong, man.

    well having long clavicles has its positive , you are natrual wider than average so always have that taper and exaggerates the shoulders but the traps insertions will be a lot lower and will appear smaller . So its the good with the bad

    maybe you have.......I train in alot of gyms in the south.......but my main gym is the lido in guildford.......
