Angry Cardio and excercise go together??? HELP!

So I'm starting my second week and already am afraid I'm on the wrong path. Eating right and taking a lipo6 supplement for fat loss. I got to the gym about 3 to 5 times a week. My question should I do cardio and lift together?? I run about a mile (10 min) to get my blood going then I lift for about 45 to an hour. Or should I just do high intensity cardio lose the weight after a few months, and then start lifting?? Not sure. I mean I want to keep lifting so I don't get out of shape. Thoughts??????

Depends on what you wanna do bro.

It sounds like you wanna lose fat, because your taking Lipo 6 pills, so the general consensus for your workout is that you should lift first to maintain your strength level and minimize any muscle loss, and then do some HIIT afterwards.

And hopefully for your diet, you've created a calorie deficit and are consuming less calories per day than you are burning, preferably 400-500 less than your maintenance level.
