Product Description
Put an end to frustrating plateaus with NoXtreme! It's constant amplification of your size, pumps and vascularity makes NoXtreme the biggest scientific breakthrough for body builders ever! Use NoXtreme for the maximum full body recovery you strive for throughout the entire day! NoXtreme accelerates your body's natural production of Nitric Oxide, creating an extreme blood flow to your muscles. This steady blood flow allows you to maintain that "I just got out of the gym" look all day long! NoXtreme precursor matrix creates multiple pathways for Arginine utilization.
Unlike other products on the fitness market, NoXtreme adds real muscle fiber, not muscle water, to your muscle cells. This addition of lean muscle combined with NoXtreme's ability to decrease body fat, permits you to take your physique to the extreme! NoXtreme's release system partners with nicotinic acid to synthesize NADH, a coenzyme of niacin. This combination produces the energy to increase vasodilation & endurance; resulting in "Extreme Workouts" and "Extreme Pump". NoXtreme is 100% safe and non-hormonal, giving men and women of any build equal extreme ability to conquer their goals! NoXtreme nitric oxide release system promotes your body to "Get Hard" & "Stay Hard".
While the competitors are spending time Re-inventing the wheel, EST decided to perfect it!
NoXtreme is the only triple-pathway Arginine matrix of its kind! EST utilizes AAKG, L-Arginine HCL, and L-Arginine Pyroglutamate to bring you the world's best NO product!
Why Should You Care??????
3x the Nitric Oxide Production
3x the Pumps
3x the Recovery
3x the Vascular Response
Provides 3 pathways for Arginine Utilization and Nitric Oxide Production.
Acts as a Growth Hormone Releasing Agent
L - Arginine HCL - Proven to increase nitric oxide & acts as a Growth Hormone releasing agent.
L- Arginine Pyroglutamate - Arguably the best form of Arginine for absorption, and increases nitric oxide levels.
A AKG - Increases nitric oxide levels and is an intermediate in the Krebs Cycle (increases your bodies production of ATP).
Do You Know What That Means??
I'm gonna BLOW the hell UP!!!!

With school (PSU) I've been doing this on the weekdays and taking the weekends off. I would rather not train like this, however. Expect a change in this routine since I will be home in early may.
Cardio:
Cardio:
I do two cardio sessions per week. One session is normally HIIT (20 Minutes with 10 minute warm-up and 15 minute cool down). And the other session is normally 45 minutes moderate intensity with an average heart rate between 135-145. I switch between the treadmill and the stepper.
Diet:
I am currently following the lean mass diet written up and given to me by Derek Charlebois. Calorie intake usually looks something like the following:
Total Cals = 2517kCals
Total Fat = 80g
Total Carbs = 217g
Total Protein = 259g

- Paused Bench felt GREAT today. It gave my chest a hyoogez0rz pump. I think I'm gonna stay at 170 and try and hit 5x5 next week, then move up in weight the following week.
- Inclines were much stronger. Last week I struggled with my last rep on my last set of 8, this week I went 1 rep up on the first set, and had little trouble at the sticking point for the last rep of the last set.
- Everything else is pretty self explanatory
Goals for next session:

- Box squats felt good once again, but every week I get huge bruises on my shoulder bone. I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong here.
- I have to listen to my body and back off deads next week, much to bally's discontent. On the third set, I didn't even get the first rep off the ground...I had to reset and try again.
- Hacks make me wanna throw up
