im a general labourer and luckily for me we get lots of breaks during the day so meals arent that bad
6 am- 1 bannana
2 slices of ww bread with natty peanut butter
cup of oats (any1 know how to cook these so they dont tase so bad ?)
10 am-
noon- for all these meals i eat 2 cups of rice and like 5 chicken breasts
3 pm-
6pm not sure what to eat
gym
8-not sure what to eat
11- something with lots of protein ???
i drink a gallon of milk from the time of 8-4:30 (when i work)
any help would be appreciated
