should i get a strength trainer?
i am a varsity football player and i feel like im not getting strong enough with my team only. i have had university's looking at me. this coming summer i want to increase my strength around 100 pounds on everything. i bench 225, squat 395 and clean 225 right now. which is no where near any of my brothers of the football team. we work out intensly 3 times a week(mondays, wednesdays and thursdays). does any body think i should get a strength trainer or go to the hit center?
mondays- chest and back
wednesdays- begs and triceps
thursday- biceps and shoulders
