Need help with my workout....

I an fairly new to the gym scene. I just got hired by a local FD. I am trying to get stronger while losing some fat. I plan on hitting the gym 3 days week.

What do you guys think about this program?

Monday

Bench press
Lat Pulls
Squats
Ab curls
Back Extensions
Arm Curls
Tri Extensions

Wednesday

Incline presses
Pull Ups
Pull Overs
Leg Presses
Calf Raises
Ab curls
Good Mornings

I would just rotate those two workouts out. I would also be running about 1.5 miles each day. What do you guys think...any suggestions...anything I should add or take away? Thanks

Looks good to me. Teh only thing I see missing is some sort of row. Maybe switch out the lat pulls with a barbell/cable row? Or possibly just add them in on one of the days.

I'd spread the exercises out over the week, cramming some of them into a 3rd training session, but that's just me. Usually, if I perform 5 exercises at high enough intensities, I won't be able to accomplish much with the 6th.

I was thinking the same thing. I might also replace triceps extensions with dips, but that's because I have a heavy dip bias. I also think Romanian deadlifts would be more valuable than good mornings in your routine.
